1. Contractual Agreement

These Terms of Service establish a legally binding contract between you (the "User") and MetaVorn (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). Accessing or using MetaVorn in any capacity constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these terms in their entirety. Disagreement with any provision requires immediate cessation of platform use.

2. Service Definition and Scope

MetaVorn operates as a social casino entertainment platform delivering browser-based gaming experiences. The platform is architected exclusively for recreational purposes and contains no gambling functionality. All gameplay utilizes virtual currency systems that possess zero monetary value and cannot be converted to real currency under any circumstances.

Virtual credits distributed by MetaVorn serve purely as scoring mechanisms within game environments. These credits cannot be purchased, cannot be withdrawn, cannot be transferred between users, and confer no ownership rights. They exist solely as temporary entertainment tokens within our closed system.

3. Eligibility and Age Verification

This minimum age requirement is absolute and applies universally regardless of local legal gambling age or jurisdiction-specific age of majority standards. 5. Virtual Currency Framework

MetaVorn employs a virtual credit system for gameplay mechanics. These credits are awarded automatically upon accessing games and exist exclusively within our platform ecosystem. Virtual credits have no intrinsic value, no exchange value, and no utility outside MetaVorn.

We maintain absolute discretion over virtual credit distribution, quantities, reset schedules, and availability. Credits may be adjusted, removed, or modified without notice or compensation. Users possess no property rights, ownership interests, or legal claims to virtual credits.

6. No Gambling Operations

MetaVorn is categorically not a gambling service. We do not facilitate wagering of real money. We do not accept deposits or payments. We do not provide withdrawals or payouts. No aspect of MetaVorn involves real financial transactions related to gameplay outcomes.

While game aesthetics may resemble casino themes, the absence of real money risk fundamentally distinguishes MetaVorn from gambling operations. Our service provides entertainment value comparable to video games or streaming content, not gambling opportunities.

7. Intellectual Property Protections

All MetaVorn content - including software code, game assets, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, user interface designs, and audiovisual content - is protected by intellectual property laws including copyright, trademark, and trade secret protections. MetaVorn or its licensors retain all ownership rights.

Users receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access MetaVorn for personal entertainment. This license conveys no ownership rights and prohibits reproduction, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works without explicit written permission.

8. Service Availability and Modifications

MetaVorn is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without guarantees of continuous operation, uninterrupted access, or error-free performance. We reserve unrestricted rights to modify, suspend, or terminate any platform aspect without prior notification.

Changes may include removing games, altering features, modifying virtual currency systems, redesigning interfaces, or discontinuing operations entirely. We bear no liability for consequences arising from service modifications, interruptions, or termination.

9. Warranty Disclaimers

MetaVorn provides services without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We specifically disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for particular purposes, and non-infringement.

We make no warranties regarding platform availability, accuracy, reliability, security, or suitability for your purposes. Game outcomes are determined by algorithmic processes and we provide no guarantees regarding results, winning frequencies, or entertainment value.

10. Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MetaVorn and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from platform use. This limitation encompasses damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or entertainment opportunity.

Our aggregate liability for all claims related to MetaVorn shall not exceed the fees paid by you to access the platform. Since platform access is free, this liability ceiling is zero in all circumstances.

11. Indemnification Obligations

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MetaVorn and its affiliates from all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from: (a) your platform use; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any laws or third-party rights; or (d) content you submit or transmit through the platform.

12. Dispute Resolution Framework

These Terms are governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes arising from these Terms or platform use shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by a neutral arbitrator, except where arbitration is prohibited by mandatory law.

You waive rights to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitrations. All disputes must be brought individually. The arbitrator may award relief only on an individual basis.

13. Termination Rights

We may immediately terminate or suspend your MetaVorn access without prior notice for any reason, including Terms violations. Upon termination, all rights granted under these Terms cease immediately, and you must discontinue platform use.

Provisions surviving termination include intellectual property rights, warranty disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnification obligations, and dispute resolution terms.

14. Terms Modification

MetaVorn reserves rights to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued platform use after modifications constitutes acceptance of revised terms. Review these Terms periodically to remain informed of changes.

15. Severability Provision

If any Terms provision is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to render it enforceable while preserving its intent.
